Bartlett Regional | House Calls | Fall 2018

# Peopleof BRH A big part of Deb Koelsch’s responsibility is reporting hospital data on patient care. Data helps measure how successful we are in providing quality care. Collecting data on everyday processes helps Bartlett discover areas of success and those that need improvement. With this insight, patient outcomes can be improved. Deb worked at Wildflower Court from 2001 to 2014 and received her master of science in nursing in 2016 from Loyola University, New Orleans. Her clinical rotation focuses on family engagement in health care to improve patient recovery, safety and experience. The warm blankets here are the best. It is probably the way that people offer them. The empathy that you feel at that moment is fabulous. You get this instant attention. You never feel like you are unimportant. I’ve got that confidence that these are people who are experienced, qualified and strive for excellence. My family and I have not had a bad experience at Bartlett. SHARE YOUR STORY Bartlett Regional Hospital is seeking more #PatientsofBRH .
