Can my family access my portal? A. Yes, you can give family members, such as parents or health care proxies, access to your portal. This needs to be done within the Health Information Management Department (Medical Records) and requires consent from you and your family members. Q. Is my information safe? A. Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are rewritten so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the portal page open. Q. Where does my health information in the portal come from? A. All information in the portal comes from your My B.E.H.R. CARE Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible. Q. What if I have technical problems with the portal? A. There is a “Contact Us” section on the homepage of the portal that allows you to submit questions. NEED HELP? Visit the Bartlett Regional Hospital website at www.bartletthospital.org . Please note: To enroll online, we must have your email address already on file. Questions? Call 907-796-8880 . 2. Click on “Enroll” under the My B.E.H.R. CARE logo. 3. Complete and submit your enrollment request. Be sure to use the same email address that you provided to the hospital. 4. You will receive an email with a link to create a login ID and password. 5. After you have created your login ID and password, you can access your account by clicking “Log in” under the My B.E.H.R.
