It’s never 100% what you want it to be in your birth plan, but the end result was good.” “I find that people are oftentimes very happy, even if it wasn’t entirely what they were planning to begin with,” notes Lauren. “People who were perhaps planning to deliver elsewhere and then deliver with us are the people that oftentimes are very surprised and happy with how their experience went. When we have an out-of-hospital transfer, the accompanying labor team continues to support the family through their delivery.
